Privacy Policy

This policy explains what PathRank collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

PathRankA 3 Paths Marketing productEffective August 28, 2026

1. Who we are

PathRank is an SEO and local-search platform operated by 3 Paths Marketing (“3 Paths Marketing,” “PathRank,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It supports self-guided customers and clients who authorize 3 Paths Marketing to perform managed SEO services.

This Privacy Policy applies to the PathRank website, application, accounts, integrations, and related support communications. It does not govern third-party websites or services that have their own privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

Account and contact information

We collect information such as your name, email address, account credentials, authentication records, organization name, team role, and communications with us.

Business and workspace information

We collect information you or an authorized workspace member enters about a business, including business name, website, target location, address, phone number, brand settings, client assignments, and whether services are self-guided or managed.

SEO and local-listing information

We process website URLs, audit results, technical issues, keywords, ranking snapshots, competitor domains, reports, business citations, listing URLs, ownership notes, requested listing updates, and related project records.

Connected-service information

If you connect Google Business Profile, we receive the Google account email and identifier associated with the authorization, account and location identifiers, granted permissions, and business-profile details such as the business name, address, phone number, website, map URL, verification or ownership status, duplicate indicators, and pending-edit status. If you separately connect Google Search Console, we receive the authorized account email, verified property identifiers and permission levels, and bounded search-performance information such as dates, queries, landing pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rates, and average positions. We store encrypted access and refresh tokens so requested synchronization can continue. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Billing information

Stripe processes payment-card and billing details. PathRank receives limited records such as Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, selected plan, subscription status, renewal information, and billing-event references. We do not store complete payment-card numbers.

Usage, device, and security information

Our hosting, authentication, and security providers may process IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages, session information, error records, and security logs. We use this information to operate, protect, diagnose, and improve PathRank.

3. How we collect information

We collect information directly from you, from members of your workspace, automatically when you use PathRank, and from services you choose to connect. When 3 Paths Marketing manages a client workspace, an authorized agency team member may enter or maintain information on the client’s behalf.

If you provide information about another person or business, you represent that you are authorized to provide it and to instruct us to process it for the requested services.

4. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Create and secure accounts and workspaces.
  • Run website audits and present SEO recommendations.
  • Track keywords, competitors, rankings, citations, first-party search performance, and progress.
  • Connect, synchronize, and manage authorized business listings.
  • Provide self-guided software and managed agency services.
  • Process subscriptions, maintain billing records, and prevent fraud.
  • Respond to support requests and service communications.
  • Monitor reliability, investigate abuse, and improve the service.
  • Comply with law and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Google user data

PathRank accesses Google user data only after an authorized user chooses to connect Google Business Profile or Google Search Console and grants the requested permissions. Business Profile data is used to display, synchronize, evaluate, and—where a user has expressly requested and authorized it—help manage business-profile information within PathRank. Search Console access is read-only and is used to display bounded organic-search performance snapshots, top queries, and landing pages for the selected workspace.

Google data is not sold, used for advertising, provided to data brokers, used to determine creditworthiness, or used to train generalized artificial-intelligence models. Human access is limited to circumstances authorized by the user for managed services or support, required for security or abuse investigation, or required by law.

PathRank’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google Business Profile from the PathRank Citation Manager and Search Console from the PathRank Search Console screen. Each integration uses a separate authorization record. Disconnecting revokes that connection when available and removes its stored Google connection tokens and imported records from the active workspace. You may also revoke PathRank from your Google Account’s third-party connections.

6. How we disclose information

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate PathRank and provide requested services:

  • Service providers: Supabase provides authentication and database infrastructure; Vercel provides hosting and application delivery; Stripe provides payment and subscription processing; and Google provides PageSpeed Insights and user-authorized Business Profile and Search Console services.
  • Authorized workspace members: Information is available to users whose assigned workspace role permits access.
  • 3 Paths Marketing personnel: Agency personnel may access managed client workspaces to perform authorized services, provide support, maintain security, and administer accounts.
  • Legal and safety reasons: We may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, users, or the service.
  • Business transactions: Information may transfer as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law and continued protection.

Service providers may process information only for the services they provide to us and under their applicable agreements and privacy commitments.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

PathRank uses cookies and similar storage that are necessary for authentication, session continuity, security, billing workflows, and temporary OAuth connection state. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking.

Because PathRank does not currently conduct cross-site advertising tracking, browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change how the service operates. If our tracking practices change, we will update this policy and provide any legally required choices.

8. Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations. Retention periods vary according to the information and purpose.

Google connection tokens and data imported through the disconnected Google integration—including citation records or Search Console snapshots—are removed from the active workspace when that connection is disconnected. Some records may remain temporarily in protected backups or where retention is legally required. You may request account or workspace deletion by emailing us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. These include encrypted transport, access controls, workspace-based permissions, row-level database security, and encryption of stored third-party access tokens. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or loss will never occur.

You are responsible for protecting your login information, using a secure email account, limiting workspace access, and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

10. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information; to restrict or object to certain processing; or to appeal our response. You may also disconnect third-party integrations, update workspace information, cancel a subscription through billing settings, or opt out of nonessential marketing communications.

We do not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights. To submit a request, email bryan@3pathsmarketing.com. We may verify your identity, workspace role, or authorization before acting. If you are using PathRank through a business customer, we may direct your request to that business when it controls the relevant information.

11. Children’s privacy

PathRank is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to PathRank.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as PathRank, our integrations, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use previously collected information, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.
